Notes:
1. Calculation standard:
The charges for translation and desktop publishing are based on the word count, page count, and format of the source documents.

Chinese into foreign languages: based on the number of Chinese characters in the original documents;
Foreign languages into Chinese: based on the number of converted Chinese characters;

2. Fee payment:

The agreement page must be sign and faxed/emailed back to Yes Translation prior to commencement of the translation assignment.

The charges and other terms detailed in the proposal are binding upon Yes Translation and are valid for a period of 30 days from the initial quote date.

Clients will be advised of the delivery time for the translation and desktop publishing of their projects prior to the commencement of the translation. Alternative delivery times can be arranged if necessary. They may incur an additional rush charge.

The charges are different among various language translations. We will send our quotations list to our customers if co-operations are proposed. As for the time of the payment, we know different countries have different customs, we respect our customers on the basis of trust.

We offer many ways to delivery our translations :E-mail; fax; Express delivery ; fed into VCD and so on .We can have the translation of the following formats：Word、Excel、CorelDraw、PageMaker、PDF、JPG and so on.
